This is a draft concept overview for a content series titled “The Tech Powering Our World”. The proposal is to create a 3D virtual tour of a futuristic house. Using interactions and animations embedded in the world several topics can be covered including:
Below is a simple demonstration. It shows how a 3D world can be seamlessly brought into any existing website. It demonstrates navigation by buttons and playable video content. Note that the artwork is placeholder only, and is not the proposed styling.

The proposed styling will be an illustrated look similar to Generali’s existing animated video content. The below is concept artwork to demonstrate the idea and is not actual production artwork which may be different. The starting point will be a house shown from the outside. A car could also be shown, to cover smart-driving related content. The viewer will navigate the world using buttons, to go forward and backwards.

Animated videos will also be embedded in the world and the user can click on screens to view these.
The fine deliverable will be a link to the 3D tour which can be inserted into any website by a standard iFrame embed (no other code is needed). Or alternatively the content can be delivered for hosting on client website. The underlying 3D system will be coded in Javascript through the Playcanvas game engine (WebGL-based) which is the industry leader for these types of web-based projects where small file sizes are needed.
